Today started yesterday. What I mean by that is, last night I accepted my delivery that I won on Ebay. I have wanted one, and won an auction for a Bluetooth headset. This headset retails at Cingular and on some websites from $79.99 to 109.99. I scored this one on eBay for $36.01 shipped. The headset came from CA, and I opened it up and read all the directions. It said that I needed to charge it for 2 hours. Done. Then it said that I needed to press the button so that it was a "solid" color and was able to "pair" with my Blackberry. Neither was happening. So, I decided that I would bring it to Cingular and have them take a look at it. It was defective and wouldn't pair with my phone or theirs. They also said that their wasn't anything that they could do for me until the Asst. Manager stepped in. He said that he wanted to swap it and said that he could but needed it to charge for a few minutes. He asked if I was in a rush and I said that I had nothing to do until he was done. Done. Thank you Cingular and I appreciate the help. This was a good lesson in Customer Service for Jose as well. Remember, you can ALWAYS do something for the customer, especially if the product is something that you carry...
This brings me to my next situation, I bought this chair already at IKEA and it is called the POANG Chair. If you haven't sat in one, try it out and you will buy one. I just bought a red one that is on the top left, I bought another one on Craigslist tonight for $25 bucks. That is 75% off the original price. I have one issue, it came with a blue cover and I was thinking that I would get your opinion on what you all like in regard to color configuration.

if the blue one works, why replace it? i mean, if you have "issues" with things matching, then replace it. what color do you want it to be?
